Create tool
Last updated: 23 December 2025 16:29 BSTCreate tool is designed to streamline the process of developing new models within our platform. It's focused on providing a straightforward approach for users to bring their visions to life, whether adding to existing structures or crafting entirely new developments from the ground up.
Integration with existing architecture
When creating new models in VU.CITY, users have the option to respect or ignore existing buildings. Respecting existing buildings means the base of your new model will sit on top of any current structures beneath it, which is useful for projects like roof extensions. Conversely, ignoring existing buildings will place your model directly on the terrain, causing it to overlap any existing structures. Selecting the appropriate setting ensures accurate representation of your project’s interaction with the urban landscape.
Respecting existing buildings
- Models sit on top of existing structures.
- Useful for roof extensions and similar modifications.
Ignoring existing buildings
- Models sit on the terrain.
- Overlap any existing structures.
