180° and 360° Panoramic Views

VU.CITY allows exporting and interacting with panoramic views of city models, going beyond traditional static image exports. These panoramic views provide an immersive experience of the 3D city model outside the 3D application, offering far more context and spatial awareness than a standard static image.

Screenshots exported from VU.CITY using the 180° and 360° options are intended for interactive viewing within the Hub project or through the dedicated 360 Viewer. These panoramic exports enable immersive exploration of the urban environment from the selected viewpoint, delivering a continuous and realistic visual experience. Opening these files outside supported environments may result in a distorted or flattened image, as the full 3D panoramic functionality would not be preserved.

To share a panoramic screenshot, upload it to the 360 Viewer, which generates a shareable link and QR code. This allows others to view the screenshot interactively and correctly, maintaining the immersive experience.
