Update account settings

If you have skipped this step during the account creation process or want to edit some information, head over to My account / My Profile / Edit Profile and follow the steps below to make changes to your profile, such as your name, email address, password, or job title.

Access your profile

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the "My Profile" section. You can find this in the top-right corner of the Hub, under a user icon.

View your current information

In the "My Profile" section, you will see your current account details, including:

  • Name: This is the name associated with your account.
  • Email address: This is the email address linked to your account.
  • Password: For security reasons, your password will be displayed as a series of asterisks.
  • Job title: This field may be blank if not previously set.

Edit your profile

To make changes, click on the "Edit Profile" button located at the bottom right of the "My Profile" section.

  • After clicking "Edit Profile," you will be taken to a form where you can update your details.
  • Name: Enter your new name if you wish to change it.
  • Email address: Update your email address if needed.
  • Password: If you want to change your password, you will need to enter your current password and then the new password.
  • Job title: Add or update your job title.

Once you have made the necessary updates, click on the "Save" button to apply the changes.

You may receive a confirmation email for certain changes, such as updating your email address or password. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.

Password security

Ensure your password is strong and unique to enhance the security of your account.

Email Address

Make sure the email address you provide is valid and accessible, as it is used for account recovery and important notifications.
