Importing settings

This helps maintain consistency across projects and streamlines the design process."
Importing input settings from another SiteSolve project
- To import settings from another SiteSolve project, navigate to File in the main menu, then in the Import input settings menu click on ‘Import Input Settings from the Hub’.
- Browse the Project Drive or Personal Drve to locate the file.
- Select the SiteSolve SSLV file containing the input settings you want to import.
- Toggle the desired settings on or off and click import.
- The selected input settings will be applied to your current project.
Importing input settings from JSON files
- Navigate to File in the main menu, then in the Import input settings menu click on ‘Import input settings from JSON’.
- Browse the Project Drive or Personal Drve to locate the desired SiteSolve SSLV file containing the input settings saved as JSON.
- Select the file and confirm the import.
- The input settings will be applied to the current project, reflecting the configurations from the imported file.
Compatibility
When importing JSON files, ensure the compatibility of the input settings with the current project’s version of SiteSolve. Before exporting, verify that all settings have been finalised correctly to ensure that the exported JSON file accurately reflects the intended project configuration.
