The Analyse tool provides a detailed assessment of a site’s generated massing. It enables the review of performance, capacity, and impact based on a range of criteria, supporting data-driven decision-making during the design process.

Analyses can be run for metrics such as development cost, carbon impact, overshadowing, and views. Results are presented in a structured format that can be expanded to explore data in more detail. This includes summaries for key site components, building types, and phasing stages, as well as information on specific areas and functions within the development.

1. Go to Analyse in the main menu.
2. Select the type of analysis to run.
3. Wait for the results to generate.
4. Expand any category to review detailed data.
5. Adjust site parameters or massing as needed.
6. Rerun the analysis to compare results.|
