Search and navigate

The search function allows users to quickly find and filter files across all locations user has the access to, including the company’s root folder and any shared folders. Only files for which the user has permission will appear in search results.

Search results respect applied filters. For example, if a file name is entered while filtering by 'Created by me', only files created by the user will be shown. Recent searches are suggested as users type, helping to quickly revisit previous queries.

Results can be sorted by filename, creator, file size, or creation and modification dates, following the conventions familiar from standard file storage systems. This ensures that content can be located efficiently across the organisation while maintaining proper access control.
