Message:Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This message appears when the plugin expects information in the Revit file that is not available, causing the export to stop. It has been seen when exporting Revit family files (.rfa), which do not contain some of the project information required by the plugin, including the Survey Point.

Export from a Revit project file (.rvt) rather than a family file (.rfa). To export a family on its own, load it into a project file first and export from the project.

If the error appears when exporting a project file, contact VU.CITY Support. Include a screenshot of the message, the Revit version and, if possible, a copy of the Revit file.
