Folder based structure overview

The Hub organises files within a folder-based structure, making it easy to group and manage content in a way that suits the team's workflow - similar to the file storage systems most people are already familiar with.

On launching the Hub, a single root folder named after the organisation is displayed. Additional folders can be created inside this by organisation admins - for more detail on permissions, see user permissions.

Any files shared from an external organisation appear in their own root folder alongside the main one, clearly separated and easy to find.

What's new for existing users

For those already familiar with the Hub, here is what has changed:

• Files are now organised within folders rather than projects.
• Navigation and organisation are more flexible and can be adapted to internal workflows.
• The 3D app can now be launched directly from the quick links panel on the left side of the interface.
• The Personal drive, which mostly contained legacy files and personal uploads, has been removed. Files can now be organised within the new folder structure.
