The Subscription page provides an overview of an Organisation’s VU.CITY subscriptions, including renewal dates, seats, locations and current usage. It also shows the account manager and support contact details.

Access the subscription page

1. Log in to the Hub and select the profile initials in the top-right corner.
2. Select “Subscription” from the dropdown menu.

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions section shows the details of the subscription the Organisation holds. This includes the renewal date, the cancellation notice period, the number and type of seats included and the locations covered by the subscription.

The Subscription page is for viewing subscription information only. To discuss seats, locations, renewal arrangements or any other changes to the subscription, contact the account manager.

Usage and seats

The Usage and seats section shows how the Organisation is using VU.CITY across all subscriptions. It includes the total number of VU.CITY files, storage used, Organisation members and assigned Maker seats.
